Our Fundamentals program is a 6-session course for those new to CrossFit. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements and core stability exercises, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique, and get your body primed to join our group classes. Fundamentals is designed to ensure your success; we cover everything from our programming philosophy, proper exercise modifications and scaling and regulating individual intensity. It’s a great way to start your CrossFit journey and to get ramped up for our regular group classes. Because the Fundamentals program is small group, your Fundamentals coach will have plenty of opportunity to help you work on technique and get to know your unique goals and needs.
These are the cornerstone of what we do at CrossFit Unbowed. CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity. As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all populations. If you’re just starting out, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
We offer personal training for people look to reach their personal goals through an individualized program. Personal training is for anyone who is interested in living a happier, healthier live with more energy.

We offer Open Gym hours throughout the day while the gym is open.
Nutrition is the base of fitness. What you eat can make or break it when it comes to reaching your goals. We offer 1 on 1 nutrition coaching to help you reach your personal goals. This starts with a 1 hour consultation to get you set up, then weekly check-ins with your coach to keep you on track and help reach your goal.
